G.Q.M. seeks a Business Associate / Project Manager responsible for managing and overseeing work orders and other construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for the coordination, handling, tracking, and processing of Residential/Commercial projects.
The role is to support the C.G.C. in managing daily activity. This title includes finance assessments and project guidance from the supervisory, estimating, and PM roles. This role contains following and guiding members to follow procedures around the workplace. This role oversees the entire book of business dealing with permitting and city/H.O.A. code violations. The candidate will perform primary duties involving proposal processing, analysis, routine calculations, verifications, and confirming scheduling on the App portal H.U.B.
The ideal candidate will be an active team player who is motivated, professional, detail-oriented, organized, and hard-working, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with related experience.
The position requires someone who is punctual and will occasionally work overtime when needed.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling, tracking, and distribution of W.O. among T.M.
Working alongside leadership on yearly pricing targets and other pricing metrics.
Assisting in the handling, tracking, and scheduling of Permits, City/H.O.A. Violations citations
Scheduling weekly team meeting - Assisting with communication and proposal pricing
Reviewing all invoices/check requests for appropriate documentation and approval before payment
Ensuring invoices are matched with work orders and purchase orders completed.
Assisting with management of billing under leadership direction.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Must be proficient in computer systems, and have access to email and cell phone during working hours. Must be detail-oriented and execute with a high level of accuracy.
Must have the ability to perform job functions with little or no supervision
Ability to research and solve necessary inquiries from customers and subcontractors
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Working knowledge of Computers, Mobile Apps, and other devices

This position is available for immediate hire. A background check will be performed, and references must be provided. Salary range commensurate with experience.
