This community received a vibrant transformation, where every brushstroke gave new life to this community. The plan was thorough and comprehensive, covering all aspects of rejuvenation. We kicked things off with a refreshing pressure cleaning session ensuring a clean canvas to work with to begin prep of the surfaces, taking care of any minor repairs along the way. Next up was the painting with two delightful body color tones and trims, we brought out the personality of each of the 28 residential buildings. But that's not all, we extended our artistic touch to the doors, hallways, exterior unit doors and trims, dumpsters enclosure, exterior ceilings, and even the Office/Laundry areas. And let's not forget about those aluminum gutters and downspouts, they received a fresh coat of paint too! Completing the picture of perfection for our client and their residents to enjoy for years to come.
